In support of our commitment to our customers, CEC has established the following objectives:

• “Achieve on-time delivery of 90% on all orders as measured by the “Planning Commit Date”.

• “Reduce unfavorable material and labor variances to less than 5% of revenue by product family or product type”.

• “Track product performance with the objective of attaining a “> 95%” reliability rate based on warranty tracking for all products returned for adjustment or repair”.
